Diversity In Real Dollars And Sense
For the past three years, I’ve served as a Diversity Value Index judge for Diversity Executive Magazine and The Human Capital Media Group. The organizations I assessed submitted their presentations to be considered a top workplace for diversity and inclusion. The information I analyzed didn’t surprise me: Most of the participants fell short of their well-intentioned diversity and inclusion initiatives. But they’re working on it.
What surprised me as I waded through the individual company question-and-answer forms was that this issue still remains a critical one and that there still has to be extensive buy-in from organizational leaders for real progress to be made…
