EDGE Leadership

EDGE Leadership is a non-profit organization that aims to dismantle the systemic barriers hindering the academic and professional success of Canadian youth.

First founded by two Black undergraduate students in 2017, the organization is operated by youth who understand the array of obstacles faced bymarginalized students. Informed by our own lived experiences in navigating post-secondary systems, we are equipped to meaningfully address unmet student needs.

Through the four streams that EDGE is comprised of, we aim to implement solutions that holistically improve the trajectory of the students we serve.
